UMD Welcomes Anderson as New A.D.

Kevin Anderson has been hired as the new director of athletics at Maryland. Anderson comes to Maryland from the United States Military Academy, where he has directed Army's athletics department since 2004.

The Sports Legends Museum in Baltimore will induct Head Basketball Coach and Maryland alumnus Gary Williams '68 into its Hall of Legends on Sept. 30. Tickets are available for both the cocktail reception and program.
